Utilize product knowledge to offer personalized recommendations and build customer relationships. Ensure sales targets are met while delivering exceptional customer service. Maintain visual merchandising standards and contribute to a positive team atmosphere. Responsibilities and Duties: Engage with customers to sell products/services; identify potential sales opportunities; develop and maintain client relationships; achieve assigned sales targets; provide feedback on market trends and customer needs. Qualifications Educational Qualification: Minimum of a High/Senior High School degree required. Experience Level: 1 - 3 years of relevant sales experience. Skills and Competencies: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to meet and exceed sales targets; strong interpersonal skills to build client relationships; active listening to understand customer needs; proficiency in prospecting and lead generation. Working Conditions Working in a fast-paced environment; may require travel and work on weekends and holidays. Qualities and Traits Target-driven with a competitive spirit. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Adaptability and resilience within a sales environment.
