Job Description
Customer service representatives help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns. By helping customers understand the product and answering questions about their reservations, they are sometimes seen as having a role in sales.
Responsibilities- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product/service information
- Take orders and process returns
- Help customers understand products and services and support reservations where applicable
- Provide clear, accurate information and maintain professional interactions
- Support sales opportunities by addressing questions related to products and services
- College Graduate with 7 months BPO Experience or College Undergraduate with at least 1 year BPO Experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Amenable to work onsite
- Experience in customer service or call center roles preferred
- English language proficiency (preferred)
Php22,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
