Job Overview Quality & Reliability Technician ensures the Quality of New Product, Migration Product through First Article Inspection and Process Capability Check to satisfying the quality based on Product/Customer Drawings. Set-up Measuring Equipment, create Measurement Program and performs Reliability Tests necessary on Product. Job Requirements Operate measuring instruments to verify product dimensions and appearance. Conduct reliability testing using appropriate test instruments. Set up and program measuring instruments. Check and validate fixtures/jigs used during First Article Inspection (FAI). Ensure measuring instruments are calibrated and validated. Implement safety procedures including:Proper use of PPE Adherence to standard operating procedures Compliance with company safety policies Report safety-related incidents or near misses. Complete required ESH (Environment, Safety, and Health) training. Organize and maintain tools, materials, and documentation. Perform other duties aligned with quality and company objectives What your background should look like 6–7 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Control, specifically in measurement and reliability testing. Minimum 3 years experience in a leadership role within Quality. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Knowledgeable in operating measuring and test instruments. Experience in programming measuring instruments. Familiarity with Minitab statistical software. Skilled in instrument check-up and calibration validation.
