Join Henkel as a Customer Master Data Specialist to manage and ensure the quality of customer master data in SAP, supporting operational excellence. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: Ensure customer master data meets quality standards set by Global/Regional Process owners Process requests for Customer Master Data creation or updates in SAP from business partners Handle pricing master data requests and updates in SAP, including mass uploads Submit timely and accurate SAP downloads for price and customer master information Update monitoring files such as master data tracker, utilization/productivity tool, attendance tracker, and documentation Perform process improvement, awareness, adherence, and compliance related to ISO, Quality, and Continuous Improvement About You The company is looking for: Bachelor\'s Degree in any field; preferably related to business At least one (1) year related work experience in Customer Master Data Management; fresh graduates are welcome Knowledge of MS Office Suites (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) required Skills in VBA and Macro highly preferred; SAP knowledge is an advantage Quick learner with willingness to grasp new concepts Advanced Mandarin communication skills (Simplified and Traditional), both verbal and written Excellent command of spoken and written English Amenable to day shift schedule (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM) and hybrid work setup in Ayala Avenue, Makati Compensation & Benefits Flexible work scheme with flexible hours, hybrid work model, and work from anywhere policy for up to 30 days per year Diverse national and international growth opportunities Global wellbeing standards with health and preventive care programs Gender-neutral parental leave for a minimum of 8 weeks Employee Share Plan with voluntary investment and Henkel matching shares HMO healthcare coverage plan Provident Fund Group Life and Personal Accident Insurance Training & Development Opportunities for continuous improvement and collaboration within a dynamic team Career Progression Growth opportunities within a top-ranked global employer recognized for workplace excellence How to Apply Submit your application as per the instructions provided in the job posting.
