Billing and Collection Assistant

1. Responsible for the proper checking and maintaining records in all book of accounts
including but is not limited to, collection, billing statements or book of accounts,
2. Checks billings and ensure its correctness prior to distribution.
3. Prepares statement of accounts for tenants and/or unit owners.
4. Responsible for the collection of dues from unit owners and tenants
5. Responsible for the safekeeping of important accounting documents
6. Coordinates with Superiors for instructions and submission of required reports
7. All other related tasks as required
Occasional:
1. Prepares required periodic Financial receivables statements and reports
2. Checks monthly billings for utilities and other dues
3. Assists external auditors when needed
