The Mission Design and scale growth systems that make AgentPay the default platform for e-commerce brands — through social reach, partner programs, and authentic creator content. What You’ll Do Build and run growth experiments end-to-end — from idea to measurable result. Lead social acquisition campaigns (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, X). Launch and manage creator/affiliate programs that drive qualified brand signups. Improve activation and onboarding flows to shorten time-to-value. Measure and report performance; share insights weekly. Collaborate with leadership to refine positioning for CMOs and founders. What Success Looks Like Consistent monthly growth in signups from Shopify, BigCommerce, and Amazon/Walmart sellers. At least one scalable referral or social loop reaching K ≥ 1.0 within two quarters. 4–8 high-impact experiments shipped monthly. Tools You’ll Use TikTok / Meta / LinkedIn Ads Manager Webflow or Framer HubSpot or Intercom GA4 + Mixpanel/PostHog Zapier / Make (Experience with Shopify app listings, SEO, or analytics tagging is a plus.) You’ve owned measurable growth campaigns that converted brand decision-makers (not just impressions). You can write and communicate like a marketer, not a data analyst. You thrive as an independent operator, moving fast with limited oversight. You’re fluent in analytics and creative storytelling. You reliably join the 8 AM PHT sync and maintain overlap with U.S. hours. Nice-to-Have Experience marketing to CMOs or e-commerce founders. Background in AI, SaaS, or B2B product-led growth. SEO or marketplace-launch experience. 90-Day Plan Weeks 1–2: Audit funnel and analytics, set north-star metrics, draft content calendar. Weeks 5–8: Ship multiple social and onboarding experiments. Weeks 9–12: Scale top winners, publish data-driven results, and refine brand narrative. Compensation Competitive base + performance bonus + equity (Philippine market-aligned).
