QAQC Inspector

Inspect construction sites for compliance with building codes and regulations. Conduct inspections, ensure compliance with regulations, and prepare reports. Evaluate structural integrity and safety standards of buildings. Prepare detailed reports on findings and recommend corrective actions. Collaborate with contractors, architects, and government officials. Stay updated on local, state, and federal building regulations. Conduct follow-up inspections to ensure compliance. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required. Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in construction and building inspection. Skills and Competencies: Proficient in QA/QC, structural design, planning, forecasting, and surveying. Working Conditions: Outdoors at construction sites with occasional office work.
