• Registered Mechanical Engineer; Requires at least 3 years automotive service experience as either service advisor or parts man
• Proficient with computer applications
• Able to write business letters/emails
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Results-Oriented; Requires Driver’s License

• Assist the Service Manager in managing all aspects of the Service Department, achievement of set targets, and improving customer satisfaction. Promote company image.
• Ensure 100% achievement of KPI. Analyze potential and strategize market penetration. Monitor and ensure that reports and forms required from the Service Department are accurately accomplished and submitted on set deadlines by concerned personnel.
• Vehicle Checklist; Repair Order; Trouble Diagnosis; Worksheet; Efficiency and Productivity Reports; Comeback Reports; QC checklist; DPR; KPI; After-sales marketing monitoring.
• Study competition and benchmark outstanding operations policies/procedures.
• Create well-thought marketing plans and programs to increase productivity, revenues, and profits.
• Monitor results of implemented marketing programs to determine success/failure of the activity and develop countermeasures for the future.
• Assist and guide subordinates to achieve KPI’s.
• Visit corporate accounts, insurance companies, and influential clients to promote goodwill and enhance company image.
• Monitor employees and conduct performance evaluations accurately and objectively.
• Determine service personnel training needs and coordinate with DDMO and/or HRAD.
• Attend meetings and training as required by the Manufacturers and by management.
• Understand the Service / Maintenance cycle of each respective client.
• Be able to monitor and implement appointment policies, no-show processes, and other measures to ensure meeting the service targets.
• Ability to use and understand various apps and technological tools to ensure that clients are able to schedule appointments on time.
