Competitive Total Rewards (Compensation, Allowance, HMO, and Paid Time Off) Employee Referral Program Your Role As an AU Invoice Processing Assistant, you are responsible for: Enter invoice data into Salesforce for processing. Review invoices for accuracy, compliance, and completeness. Collaborate with Invoice Coordinators (onshore team). Ensure invoices are processed and quality-checked within 3 business days. Meet KPIs of 375 invoices per week with less than 2% error rate. Enter data exactly as per the invoice, with no assumptions. Escalate invoice issues to the Invoice Manager case queue on the same business day. Make outbound calls to providers when required (scripts and training provided). Perform ad hoc administration tasks, including updating records and assisting with emails. Qualifications and Experience Degree in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or related field. Up to 1 year of experience in bookkeeping, AP, invoice processing, or clerical/data entry roles. Proficient in MS Office and Google Apps, with strong typing skills. High accuracy and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Ability to work quickly, accurately, and independently. Experience with invoicing software (desirable). Knowledge of Australian disability benefits (advantageous). Experience with email follow-ups (a plus). #J-18808-Ljbffr
