About the role
We are looking for an Insurance Specialist who will be responsible for managing and monitoring the company's insurance policies, payments, funds, and related records.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate insurance trackers and records
- Monitor all active insurance policies and ensure that no policy is missed
- Prepare and process monthly insurance payments accurately and on time
- Handle and monitor insurance funds responsibly and ensure proper documentation of all transactions
- Verify policyholders, payment schedules, dates, and amounts before processing payments
- Reconcile payment records and ensure that all transactions are properly documented
- Coordinate with insurance providers regarding payments, policy concerns, and updates
- Immediately report and resolve any discrepancies or potential issues
- Ensure that all insurance-related tasks are completed within the required deadlines
- Maintain strict confidentiality of insurance and company information
About you
- 1 year proven experience handling insurance policies, payments, or insurance administration
- Highly knowledgeable in Google Sheets/Excel and tracker management
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly organized and systematic
- Strong sense of integrity, especially when handling company funds and financial transactions
- Accountable and takes full ownership of assigned tasks
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Willing to follow established processes and procedures
