Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries throughFacebook pages, chat platforms, calls, and emails , ensuring prompt and professional responses. Processpurchase orders (POs) and encode sales orders into the company’s system. Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for order preparation and delivery schedules. Provide customers withorder updates, delivery timelines, and after-sales support . Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and ensure excellent customer service to strengthen client relationships. Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve issues as they arise. Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and support promotional activities. Maintain proper documentation of sales transactions and order processing. Qualifications College graduate, preferably in Business, Marketing, or related fields. Prior experience insales coordination, customer service, or order processing is preferred. Proficient inMicrosoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiar with basic sales or inventory systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal). Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
