Responsibilities

  • Create/ Verify/ Maintain efficient Quality Control and Quality Assurance Procedure.
  • Identify QC Training needs and analyze the training effectiveness.
  • Evaluate the qualification/ performance of QC members.
  • Work from job sites as required to monitor quality control performance. Track and document work activities.
  • Assist with the actual labor and manufacturing of projects as time permits/as needed.
  • Generates quality reports.
  • Assist with the identification and development of required procedures and processes related to the Quality Management System.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations.
  • Develop process improvements to improve quality performance.
  • Assist QMR for needed improvements of the QMS requirements in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standard.
  • Responsible in the overall management of the internal audit process including planning, coordination, implementation, review of audit report and reporting of the overall result of the internal audit
  • Authority to hire, dismiss and exercise discipline and/or promote Quality Control/Assurance Inspector.
  • Ensuring that the quality management system conforms to the requirements of ISO9001 Quality Management System.
  • Ensuring that the processes are delivering their intended outputs
  • Reporting on the performance of the quality management system and on opportunities for improvement in particular to top management
  • Ensuring the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization
  • Ensuring that the integrity of the quality management system is maintained when changes to the quality management system are planned and implemented
Qualifications
  • with a minimum 1-3 years of experience
