Strong negotiation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations calmly and professionally. Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with collection/recovery systems. Willingness to travel for on-site repossession coordination when necessary. Job Description Monitor and track accounts that are past due and eligible for repossession. Initiate and manage the repossession process in compliance with company policies and applicable laws. Coordinate with external repossession agents, law enforcement (when required), and legal teams to recover assets safely and legally. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all repossession activities, including communications, timelines, and recovery outcomes. Verify and confirm the condition and status of repossessed assets upon recovery. Assist in arranging transport, storage, and disposal/auction of recovered assets. Provide timely reports and updates to management regarding repossession activities, success rates, and account resolutions. Support collection efforts by working with account officers and recovery teams to explore alternatives prior to repossession (e.g., payment arrangements, voluntary surrender).
