Job description We are looking for an experienced Senior NonQM Underwriter to Underwrite and lead a growing Underwriting pod. This is a great opportunity to join a company with over 25 years of lending experience, licensed in 35 states, and built on strong relationships, fast approvals, and personalized service. If you're a proactive leader with a deep understanding of Non-QM guidelines and hands-on leadership experience, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Lead a team of Non-QM underwriters. Ensure loan files meet product and compliance guidelines. Collaborate with operations and sales for smooth pipeline flow. Provide guidance on complex scenarios and handle escalations. What You'll Bring At least 4 years of Non-QM underwriting experience. At least 2 years of experience with Encompass. Experience Encompass: 2 years (Required) Non-QM underwriting: 4 years (Required) Work Location Home-based Should have strong internet connection (minimum of 20 mbps) Should have own Laptop/PC (minimum of i5 8GB RAM) Note As part of our recruitment process, we conduct a background check on all hired candidates.
