Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Product Owner / Agile Project Leader with 5+ years of experience in Project Management or a similar role. The TPO serves as the bridge between the business, development, and technology teams, defining, prioritizing, and delivering technical features and enhancements that align with the product vision and business objectives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (preferred). Certifications in Scrum Master, Product Owner, or PMP (preferred but not required). 5+ years of experience in Project Management or a similar role. Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner. Proven experience in Stakeholder Management. Technical experience in Data Migration Projects, API integrations, or other related technical projects. Basic knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and application monitoring tools is an advantage. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners to drive collaboration and alignment. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building. Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle. Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously. Experience working with international clients, particularly in the European market. Familiarity with multiple Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, XP). Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and TFS. Amenable to working onsite at least once a week or as business needs require. How You Will Contribute Lead and Develop Projects Oversee and support the successful delivery of software projects from initiation to completion. Ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Identify risks and design mitigation plans. Agile Coaching Serve as an Agile coach to the team and stakeholders, promoting Agile principles and practices. Educate and mentor team members in project management principles, methods, processes, and tools. Product Owner Responsibilities Act as a Product Owner as needed to support project requirements. Elicit requirements through scoping workshops, stakeholder interviews, and existing BRDs and SRDs. Identify Epics, Features and break them down into user stories. Define and refine acceptance criteria with the scrum team. Prioritize backlogs with the stakeholders. Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., poker planning, sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives). Stakeholder Management Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for clients regarding project‑related concerns. Maintain effective communication with international clients (European, APAC). Collaboration and Tools Use Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and TFS to manage projects. Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary tools and techniques to achieve project goals.
