Your responsibilities Coordinates with all related technical drawings, forward information, and soft files needed by the outsource up to the end of transactions Serves as Custodian of hard copy files - project folder from design team; bldg. permit forms and all related files for sign and seal of an outsourced partner Receives hard copies (tracing papers and blueprints from outsource) and securing sign and seal and all signatures of corresponding personnel reflected on plans and permit forms Prepares request for payment form of outsource partner including all attachments with the signature of each file Prepares all hard copies for turnover to Project Team Logs all transactions whenever a hard copy is transferred to outsource partners, DCD, SBU, Mall personnel, and Liaison Organizes the soft copy files and secures the backup in the hard drives Works with CAD systems creating, modifying & releasing clear and technically accurate drawings based on design specifications for Free Standing Stores, Kiosks, Shop In Shop, Concessions & Consignment Provides project reports/updates designated by Technical Supervisor Conducts a site visit to validate the actual Architectural layout, measurements, and location of utilities prior to the preparation of technical drawings Training & development The company invested in its people and provided training and certifications to get the right mix who can enable digital and e-commerce growth.
