General Responsibility

Responsible for maintaining the financial records of a company by accurately recording the day-to-day financial transactions of the company.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Check and verify source documents such as invoices, request form and receipts
  • Reconcile and balance all accounts with the help of Accountant
  • Collate and analyze accounting data and generate financial reports primarily client invoices and payment transactions
  • Maintain internal control systems set by the accounting department
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable monitoring
  • Allocate and post financial transaction details with Accounting ERP namely MYOB
  • Prepare checks, payments and bank deposits
  • Check and verify budget liquidation report submitted by the operations
  • Communicate with Managers, Operation People, Editors and Drivers with corporate transactions. Communicate with client regarding sales invoices and payments
  • Assist financial statements (trial balance, income statement, balance sheet)
  • Other task that may assign by Head of Finance and Accounting
