What The Day Will Look Like Lead the execution of key talent and colleague experience initiatives across APAC. Translate strategic goals into actionable project plans and deliverables. Partner with senior HR leaders and business stakeholders to support change management and operational excellence. Track progress, manage risks, and ensure consistent delivery of regional programs. Generate and interpret data to support evidence-based decision-making. Manage one direct report (APAC HR Data Analyst). How This Opportunity Is Different Work directly with the Chief People Officer (CPO) and Deputy Chief People Officer (DCPO) on strategic decision‑making. Drive regional impact beyond local execution – shape how people experience Aon across APAC. Balance strategy and execution with autonomy to shape initiatives and the support to deliver them. Lead with agility, adapting as priorities evolve. Mentor and grow talent with one direct report and the opportunity to build leadership capability. Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success 7–10 years of experience in HR, project management, consulting, or talent program delivery. Experience working at a regional level in a large, complex organisation. Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. HR data analytics experience or strong analytical skills. A flexible, open‑minded approach with the ability to pivot and adapt in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and collaboration.
