On-site - Pasig 5-10 Yrs Exp Bachelor Full-time Job Description Government Mandated Benefits Insurance Health & Wellness HMO Professional Development Professional Development Supervise daily finance and accounting operations, including payables, receivables, and general ledger Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements and management reports Coordinate and support external audits and ensure compliance with BIR and other regulatory requirements Monitor and reconcile project expenses and ensure alignment with approved budgets Assist in cash flow forecasting and financial planning activities Review tax filings and ensure timely submission (e.g., VAT, expanded withholding tax, income tax) Ensure internal financial controls and policies are properly implemented and maintained Mentor and guide junior accounting staff as needed Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field Knowledge of project accounting and cost tracking systems Strong understanding of tax and regulatory compliance, particularly for construction companies Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., XERO, SAP, or similar systems) Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines #J-18808-Ljbffr
