Job Summary The CFIN Senior Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data interfaced into the Central Finance (CFIN) system. This role involves validating historical data loads from source systems into CFIN, as well as supporting ongoing data validation for actual data being interfaced. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of SAP systems, particularly SAP S/4HANA, and demonstrate exceptional proficiency in Excel. Key Responsibilities Data Validation: Verify the successful loading of historical data from source systems into CFIN. Perform validation checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness. Interface Monitoring: Monitor and support the validation of actual data being interfaced directly into CFIN. Identify and address any discrepancies or issues. System Integration: Collaborate with IT and finance teams to troubleshoot and resolve data interface issues between source systems and CFIN. Reporting: Generate and review reports related to data validation activities. Communicate findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders. Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of data validation processes, issues, and resolutions. Ensure that documentation is up‑to‑date and accessible. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field. Proven experience with data validation and data management, particularly within SAP systems. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a plus. Should have knowledge of the A2R process (revenue, intercompany, etc.) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel , including advanced functions and data manipulation. Excellent problem‑solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to analyze complex data and identify trends or issues. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Other Details Hybrid Work Setup - 2‑3x a week onsite work (in Paranaque for early‑mid 2025, but will eventually move to BGC office last quarter of 2025 to start of 2026). Location is in Paranaque.
