Senior Insight Consultant at Human8. The Senior Insight Consultant is part of a team of enthusiastic marketers and researchers empowered to shape the future of brands through data and consumer insights.

Location: Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines

Reporting To: Daniel Teixeira

Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time

Responsibilities
  • Focus on data analysis and full reporting: conduct analyses on gathered market research data and co-design insightful reports with actionable recommendations that support clients in strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with Senior Research Managers and project teams, and maintain contact with national and international clients to deliver high-value content and services.
  • Gradually be involved in the complete setup, organization, and execution of market research studies based on interest and evolution.
  • Gain experience to become responsible for complete methodologies (e.g., sampling, survey design) and assume project management responsibilities over time.
  • Develop knowledge across a broad range of marketing domains (e.g., product innovation, branding, communication testing) via on-the-job training and Human8 Academy programs.
  • As a more senior member, develop commercial client contacts, and over time build and maintain a client portfolio with account management responsibilities.
Qualifications
  • Excellent English (oral and written); knowledge of another language is a plus.
  • Critical Thinking: analyze information and make reasoned judgments.
  • Research Design: develop effective research methodologies.
  • Data Analysis: interpret complex data to provide insights.
  • Project Management: organize and execute research projects.
  • Writing: communicate findings clearly in reports and presentations.
  • Presentation: convey information concisely to clients.
  • Facilitation: guide collaborative research efforts.
  • Interviewing: conduct effective interviews for data collection.
  • Stakeholder Management: build and maintain client relationships.
  • Business Acumen: understand organizational context and goals.
  • Consulting: provide expert advice based on research findings.
Education

A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., social sciences, psychology, business, or natural sciences).

Experience

At least 3 years of experience as a researcher, working in other research or consulting companies.
