About The Job In this role, you will provide operational support to the client’s investment programs, supporting their adherence to regulatory requirements. You will interact with various stakeholders including investment professionals, tax and legal experts, depositary banks, auditors and administrators. Responsibilities Understanding the investment structures across asset classes (i.e. private equity, private real estate, private infrastructure, private debt) Monitoring and reviewing the completeness and accuracy of tax and legal documents filing within the document platform/system Liaising with external parties to facilitate document exchange for asset safekeeping and record keeping based on the investment structures Supporting the annual ownership verification process within the regulatory framework of European AIFMD (Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive) Coordinating with auditors on asset reconciliation, depositary confirmations and other audit tasks, ensuring deadlines are met Independently handling your area of responsibility and managing workload to meet agreed timelines Ensuring diligent understanding and strict adherence to processes and controls in place Proactively supporting the team lead and the whole team on BAU topics and projects, including identifying potential process improvements Negotiating and influencing stakeholders, effectively managing expectations What We Expect Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, Accountancy, Legal Management or equivalent At least 3-5 years of experience in an operations role within private equity or financial services Ability to understand and interpret corporate transaction documents (i.e. subscription agreements, credit agreements, LPAs) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive behavior and solution‑oriented attitude What We Offer We are committed to supporting your development, advancing your career, and providing benefits that matter to you.
