- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role, including technology leadership
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills

- Relevant cloud certifications or advanced training
- Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams
