Overview Job title: Site Logistics Assistant Manager (Danao, Cebu) Company: Jollibee Group Responsibilities Effectively planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the warehousing operations for raw materials, packaging materials, and spare parts. Directs and controls the activities in the area to assure the smooth flow of warehousing operations. Collaborates with Utilities & Facilities Engineering and Service Providers to ensure that all warehouse cold and dry storage, materials handling equipment, and other warehouse utilities are functioning effectively. Monitors the ageing of stocks on hand and flags aging/about-to-expire stocks for proper and timely disposition. Ensures the implementation of the prescribed receiving, handling, and storage guidelines for raw and packaging materials at all times. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, with exposure to Operations Management. Minimum five (5) years of supervisory work experience in operations, preferably in inventory management or warehousing operations. Strong leadership skills, high integrity, good interpersonal relationships at all levels, effective communication, sound decision-making, and ability to work under stress.
