Ease Solutions is looking for a passionate and creative Content Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This is an ideal opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to kickstart their careers in digital marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing content that enhance our brand's visibility and engage target audiences. You will create compelling content across various platforms, including blogs, social media, and newsletters, while collaborating with other teams to align messaging and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Write, edit, and publish engaging content for various digital platforms including blog posts, articles, and social media updates
  • Research industry-related topics to ensure content is relevant and up-to-date
  • Support marketing campaigns and webinars from planning to post-event follow-up
  • Monitor and analyze content performance and engagement metrics
  • Assist in optimizing content for SEO to improve search engine rankings
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to deliver impactful content
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends to continuously improve our content marketing efforts
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of relevant experience
  • Strong English writing and editing skills with keen attention to detail
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and techniques
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices
  • Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
  • Interest in IT, SaaS, and digital tools
  • Passion for storytelling and creating engaging content
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects

Bonus Points for:

  • Experience with project management tools like Jira or monday.com
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills (e.g. Canva)
