Where You'll Be: Remote or WFH Your Role as Senior Backend Developer In this role, you'll take the lead in building and integrating APIs, leveraging your expertise in Ruby on Rails. If problem-solving and pushing boundaries are in your DNA, this is the role for you. Key Responsibilities Utilize your proven experience with Ruby on Rails to build and maintain our backend systems. Design, develop, and integrate with various APIs. Work with RDBMS (PostgreSQL/MySQL) to ensure data integrity and performance. Maintain a strong focus on code quality through unit and integration testing practices. Collaborate effectively with frontend developers (React/Typescript) and other team members. Apply your problem-solving skills in a fast-paced startup environment. What We're Looking For Extensive experience with Ruby on Rails. Professional experience in building and integrating APIs. Proficiency in RDBMS (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and writing SQL. A strong focus on code quality, with unit and integration testing practices. A proactive, problem-solving mindset and adaptability. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Minimum of 3 years of professional development experience. (Bonus) AWS experience.
