Key Responsibilities Oversee physical security: Manage on‑ground security for team members, ensuring safe transit and security within the country. Security staff coordination: Supervise and guide local security personnel, including armed drivers and escorts, to maintain secure operations. Conduct risk assessments: Perform initial and ongoing risk evaluations in project areas to foresee and mitigate potential threats. Apply security protocols: Enforce security protocols, such as Fisher standards, and adjust security profiles (high or low) according to the risk assessment. Collaborate with PMO: Work closely with ACK3’s Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure adherence to security protocols and performance metrics (KPIs). Our 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC) in Europe offers centralized support and coordination. Gather Field Intelligence (HuMInt): Collect and analyze local intelligence to dynamically adapt and improve security measures in real‑time. Reporting and documentation: Generate detailed reports on security operations, incidents, and safety measures, maintaining open communication with the management team. Requirements Experience in physical security and security team management in high‑ or moderate‑risk regions, preferably in Southeast Asia. Security certifications: Formal training in security and protective operations (international certifications highly regarded). Risk analysis skills: Demonstrated expertise in risk evaluation and implementing security protocols. Field Intelligence (HuMInt) proficiency: Skilled in gathering and applying human intelligence within security frameworks. Strong communication skills: Proficiency in English and the ability to communicate effectively in multicultural settings.
