Work Setup: Full On-Site
Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM) ;Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Salary Range: ₱150,000 – ₱200,000 / month
Industry Focus: Real Estate, Construction, or Property Management
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a key financial adviser to executive leadership and the Board.
Direct and optimize operations across Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Budgeting, Tax, and Financial Planning.
Oversee project costing, cash-flow management, complex financing, and rigorous investment analysis.
Maintain strong relationships and manage dealings with banks, external auditors, government agencies, and senior management.
Ensure compliance with Philippine taxation, Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS), corporate finance regulations, and internal financial controls.
Drive advanced financial modeling and strategic business planning.
Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing finance and accounting teams.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy (Certified Public Accountant / CPA license preferred).
12 to 15+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
At least 5 years serving in a senior finance leadership role.
Background or strong exposure in real estate, property development, construction, or related industries.
Extensive expertise in financial planning, budgeting, treasury, taxation, accounting, and financial reporting.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and executive-level stakeholder management skills.
