Job Description Oversee the end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process, including purchase orders (3-way matching), supplier invoices, and receiving documents, ensuring accurate and timely entry into the accounts payable system. Review and validate check vouchers, supplier invoices, employee cash advances, reimbursements, liquidations, payroll journals, and other payroll-related entries in accordance with company policies and accounting standards. Lead and manage the Billing Team, ensuring accurate and timely issuance of invoices, effective monitoring of collections, proper application of payments, and preparation of related reports. Take full accountability for the General Ledger (GL), including timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing of books. Manage and coordinate the company’s yearly external audit process, ensuring the timely completion and submission of Audited Financial Statements. Oversee all tax filings and regulatory compliance requirements, including BOI and PEZA reports. Ensure accurate and timely monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts. Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to strengthen efficiency, accuracy, and compliance within the Finance function. Prepare and submit other financial reports or ad hoc analyses as may be required by the Department Head. Job Requirements Bachelors Degree in Accountancy. Must be a CPA. 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience, including exposure to bookkeeping, accounts payable, general ledger, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls. Must have experience in SAP B1. Must have experience in handling a team. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all levels of an organization. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
