Wealth Relationship Manager - Binondo Location: Maybank Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines Job overview and responsibilities follow. This role focuses on managing and growing the Bank’s affluent and high-net-worth (HNW) client segment, driving investable assets, fee income, and client numbers in alignment with CFS aspirations and the segment’s client value proposition (CVP). Responsibilities Manage & grow the Bank’s affluent & HNW customer segment in terms of Investable Assets (IA), fee income and customer numbers, in line with CFS aspirations and segment’s CVP. Accountable for the implementation of the segment’s customer acquisition, migration and collaboration with internal (e.g., Trust, Global Markets) and external counterparts. Collaborate with other CFS units (CD, Cards, Consumer Lending, etc.) to ensure deployment of Premier Banking strategies and CVP are properly implemented at the branches. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support Premier Banking initiatives and campaigns at branches. Client engagement and relationship building to deepen wallet share; while managing attrition rate of funds. Focus to deliver profitability through a healthy mix of deposits (CASA/TD) and fee income products (investments, Bancassurance). Grow the number of customers via acquisition and migration from Branch to Premier. Work closely with branch partners to upgrade and grow the affluent and HNWI client segment. Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Banking, Business Studies, Finance or equivalent. MBA holder is an added advantage. Good command of spoken and written English and Filipino. Excellent communication and coalition-building skills with the ability to balance, negotiate and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders; high level of knowledge and understanding in the subject matters. Self-driven with strong presentation skills. Good analytical skills with strong strategic thinking abilities. Previous experience in selling investment products or as a relationship manager is an added advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
