Your potential is our inspiration.**Where You’ll Make a Difference*** Ensuring global six-sigma raw material availability to deliver 98% on-time performance to customers via operational buying, continuous improvement, and vendor management.* Daily management of demands from 6 manufacturing plants in EAME and making the purchases to replenish stock including monitoring, follow-up including inbound deliveries and resolving raw material shortages.* Liaise with the Local Supply chain planners / site supply chain managers to ensure a smooth and aligned day-to-day planning process.* Together with the procurement department, work with vendors to improve processes and performance. E.g. delivery schedules, mutual process improvement.* Optimization and continuous improvement of raw material availability, global inventory days, inventory write-off and obsolete/slow moving inventory.* Participate in cross-functional initiatives as the accountable person for Taste raw material planning.**What Makes You the Right Fit*** Bachelor Degree in Logistics, supply management or operations management.* At least 4 years of experiences in planning or operational buying.* Understanding of MRP and related applications in managing demand and supply and the material flow through the supply chain.* Ability to manage expectations in an international environment with geographically dispersed stakeholders from various functions* Experiences in a role that required a deep understanding of customer requirements.* Strong communication abilities.* Solution oriented mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.* A Competitive remuneration package in accordance with the weighting of your role, your seniority and experience.* An exciting career opportunity with one of the global leaders in the industrySmo vodilni v svetu na področju okusa, vonja in prehrane, svojim strankam ponujamo širši nabor naravnih rešitev in pospešujemo našo strategijo rasti.
