We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Fractional GTM Systems Consultant – SFDC Architect to support our clients in building and optimizing their Go-To-Market (GTM) technology infrastructure. This role is ideal for a technically proficient professional who is equally comfortable developing strategy and executing system-level solutions. You will serve as both a strategic partner and hands-on practitioner, helping clients streamline their GTM operations by aligning business processes with scalable, data-driven systems—primarily within the Salesforce (SFDC) ecosystem.
This is a fractional, remote opportunity that requires strong communication skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of revenue operations.
Location: Remote - Colombia
Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm MST
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Alignment & Discovery

  • Collaborate with GTM leadership to understand business goals, sales and marketing strategies, and operational needs.
  • Translate high-level strategic objectives into technical requirements and actionable implementation plans.
Systems Design & Architecture
  • Architect, configure, and optimize Salesforce (SFDC) to align with client-specific GTM processes.
  • Implement and manage key integrations with tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Clari, and CPQ platforms.
  • Design scalable solutions for lead lifecycle management, opportunity tracking, ABM, and customer success workflows.
Process Improvement & Documentation
  • Analyze existing GTM processes, identify inefficiencies, and design streamlined, scalable workflows.
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, process maps, and training materials to support user adoption.
Data Strategy & Reporting
  • Establish Salesforce as a single source of truth for revenue data across the GTM tech stack.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure clean data capture, proper attribution, and reliable reporting structures across systems.
Client Enablement & Support
  • Provide training and enablement to client teams to ensure effective use and adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by offering guidance on system governance, best practices, and change management.
Required Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or a similar role.
  • Proven hands-on experience in Salesforce (Sales Cloud) configuration, optimization, and administration.
  • Familiarity with related tools and integrations such as HubSpot, Marketo, Clari, CPQ systems, and data enrichment platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on complex data sets.
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM/reporting tools.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically within a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, App Builder, Architect, etc.)
  • Experience working in a consulting or agency environment with multiple concurrent clients.
  • Knowledge of ABM strategy and tooling within Salesforce.
  • Experience with revenue intelligence platforms and GTM reporting methodologies.
