- Translate company documents, contracts, and business communications between Chinese and English;
- Assist in daily communication between foreign colleagues and the local team;
- Provide translation support during meetings and prepare meeting minutes;
- Coordinate internal and external administrative matters to ensure smooth communication across departments;
- Assist in the follow-up and supervision of management tasks to ensure proper execution;
- Ensure that all translations and communications are professional, accurate, and aligned with business requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in English, Translation, or related fields preferred;
- Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English, with strong cross-cultural communication skills;
- Prior experience in translation, interpretation, or administrative coordination is a plus;
- Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, and capable of task coordination and supervision.
