SAFETY MANAGER is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring health, safety, and compliance programs across all restaurant branches and facilities. This role ensures that all safety protocols, government regulations, and company policies are followed to maintain a safe environment for employees, customers, and contractors. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and oversee workplace health and safety policies and programs. Ensure compliance with national and local safety, sanitation, fire, and occupational health regulations. Conduct regular inspections and audits of restaurants, commissaries, and facilities. Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective/preventive measures. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses; prepare detailed reports with corrective actions. Lead emergency preparedness and response planning, including fire drills and evacuation exercises. Ensure compliance with DOLE, DOH, BFP, and LGU safety requirements. Support Facilities and Maintenance Team in maintaining equipment safety standards and preventive maintenance. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering field (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Civil, or related) or Occupational Safety & Health. With relevant DOLE-accredited Safety Practitioner or Safety Officer (SO2/SO3) certification is an advantage. Minimum 5 years of experience in occupational safety, preferably in the food service, hospitality, or restaurant industry. Strong background in health & safety regulations, fire safety codes, and food safety standards. Willing to work on-site. May require extended hours or emergency response to critical equipment breakdowns.
