Key Responsibilities
✨Execute operational plans and budgets as approved, ensuring activities align with company goals and KPIs. ✨Develop and expand customers by understanding their needs, implementing customer development plans, and conducting product presentations and demonstrations. ✨Provide effective customer service by managing follow-ups, addressing complaints, coordinating with internal and external parties, and building strong customer relationships. ✨Conduct market research and analysis on trends, competitors, pricing, and changes, and share insights to support business decisions and strategies. ✨Develop menus, recipes, and product applications, including preparation of sample food for tastings and sales presentations. ✨Prepare, update, and maintain required documents, reports, recipes, schedules, and records to support operations and promotional activities. ✨Drive continuous improvement and innovation by reviewing processes, increasing productivity, and proposing new ideas and methods. ✨Work collaboratively with team members while ensuring compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and risk management requirements.
