Production / Junior Digital Designer - PH We seek a collaborative Production / Junior Digital Designer to partner with designers, developers, and project teams to contribute to the overall design vision. The Designer will create, optimize, and prepare graphics for websites and digital marketing channels. Our ideal designer has a delightful graphic and design sensibility and an exceptional eye for detail. They’re enthusiastic about collaborating with a dynamic team of talented folks to bring projects to life. Responsibilities Interpret project briefs and ask clarifying questions when needed. Work with project managers to meet deadlines and communicate project progress. Collaborate with creative directors, designers, and developers. Assist with design tasks like resizing layouts for different screen sizes or editing designs based on internal and client feedback. Prepare and optimize images for the web, including resizing, retouching, compressing, or converting file types. Create original iconography or work with existing libraries to establish a consistent icon library. Ensure brand consistency in colors, fonts, and production quality. Finalize artwork and address or troubleshoot any production issues as they arise. Update component libraries as designs evolve and communicate changes to relevant teams. Perform thorough quality assurance checks on designs to guarantee accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand guidelines before final delivery. Help create presentations in PowerPoint or Google Slides. Requirements Minimum of 1 year of graphic design training. Minimum of 1 year of hands‑on graphic design production experience. Agency experience is a plus. Strong productivity and a commitment to high‑quality work. Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities. Thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. Proficiency in Figma. Ability to juggle multiple projects and timelines. Good eye for type, style, and detail. Creative flair with the ability to conceptualize and visualize the finished product. Fully functional and up‑to‑date computer for performing duties. Willingness to install next‑generation endpoint protection on the computer. Current resident of the Philippines, able to work from there. Willingness to work in the US Pacific time zone or the client’s time zone. NOTE: This is a remote (work from home) job.
