Install new air-conditioning units and replace existing units. Assist with civil, mechanical, plumbing, and carpentry work when needed. Inspect and cost necessary materials, assemble and dismantle scaffolding, and create reports of services rendered. Maintain property-issued equipment and tools. Support outside school activities and programs. Participate as an active member of the Emergency Response Team. Qualifications Minimum of secondary school or vocational school graduate.
