Purchasing Associate

Main Task

Under the direct supervision of Purchasing Officer , is responsible for the Procurement of Non-Raw materials, other CAPEX related materials for Leslie Corp (FSD) and FSD Subsidiaries. Assists Purchasing Officer and APM in Developing New Suppliers and Service Providers per area and report preparation.

Qualifications

At least 4 year Bachelor’s degree
Attended Negotiation Seminars or other training related to Procurement and Supply Chain is a plus
Preferably worked in a food industry or FMCG (Fast moving consumer goods) companies
Proficient in Microsoft office or WPS office I.e. excel, word and Powerpoint or its counterpart on WPS.
Has done Sourcing and negotiation with local and International suppliers.
Handle Supplier concerns and issues and can make a resolution.
Experience in processing PO, PR (CRF) via online (any system i.e. Oracle, SAP, Aries etc)
Experience in handling End Users/Stakeholders concerns/issues and the ability to resolve it.
Can handle Stakeholder engagement
