Mall Engineer

Responsibilities: -Ensures all store facilities and equipment of the building are in good working conditions at all times. -Implements standard maintenance program, with the emphasis on planning/schedule and preventive/predictive maintenance. -Communicates with supervisory personnel to discuss and resolve matters related to maintenance & safety -Respond to tenant and customer needs regarding technical matters. -Attends to lessees’ complaints or requests on maintenance services. -Supervises closely all contractual agency workers and other maintenance service contractors. -Performs other functions as may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time. Qualifications: -Graduate of BS Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Must be a Registered Mechanical/Electrical Engineer -At least 6 months and up working experience in the related field specializing in building/facility management. Newly licensed are encouraged to apply. -Must have good technical and management skills & deep understanding in mall/retail industry is a plus. -Willing to work on Saturdays and Holidays.
