Join our team now We are hiring Travel Agents with 1 year GDS Experience Earn up to 26k pay - With 13th month pay and HMO from day 1 Job Responsibilities: - Use GDS platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) to book and manage flights, accommodations, and travel itineraries. - Provide clients with accurate information on destinations, travel routes, rates, and schedules. - Handle rebooking, cancellations, and modifications as requested by clients. - Ensure all bookings comply with company policies and client preferences. - Issue tickets, invoices, and travel documents accurately and on time. - Maintain updated knowledge of travel regulations, visa requirements, and airline policies. - Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving travel-related issues promptly. - Upsell travel packages, insurance, and additional services when appropriate. - Maintain client records and manage follow-ups for repeat business.
