We’re searching for Automation Engineers to be part of our diverse team of talent here at NCS If you believe in going above and beyond, want to exemplify the best, and wish to bring people and technology together like never before, then we would love to have a conversation with you Summary: Analyzing, developing, testing and deploying automation solutions to eliminate time‑consuming tasks means people get to do more of what they love. Deliver automation solutions using agile principles. Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions, and document automation workflows to address process bottlenecks. Closely collaborate with the Automation CoE office, solution architect, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and quality delivery of automation solutions as defined by the acceptance criteria. Collaborate with the internal technical team to set up and acquire access to systems and server environments, including the deployment of the bots. Participate in all scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, review, and retrospective. Assist in evaluating tools and technologies that can be used for automation to reduce platform and operational costs, improve productivity, performance, and overall quality of our product. Qualifications Category Essential for this role Good to have Education and Qualifications College graduate 2+ years combined experience in analysis, solutioning and implementing using web services technologies and RPA technologies. Working experience in banking and finance is a plus. Technical / Professional Skills Solution Design (REST APIs, Google Cloud and SAP integrations) UiPath, RPA. UiPath Certified RPA Associate or UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer is a strong advantage. Knowledgeable in continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) and automated testing. Non‑Technical / Soft Skills Strong communication skill, both verbal and written; able to convey complex technical concepts to non‑technical peers and management. English and Filipino are the medium of communication.
