Media Buyer

Join our growth team as a part-time Meta Media Buyer, 20–30 hours per week, remote. You’ll launch and scale paid campaigns across Facebook and Instagram with a clear focus on profitable growth and creative testing that respects our readers and our values. What You’ll Do Plan, launch, and manage multi-platform campaigns Monitor daily performance and optimize audiences, creative, placements, and budgets Analyze data, report clearly, and recommend next steps for scale Stay current on platform changes and best practices Manage budgets to hit ROAS, CPA, CTR, and other KPIs What You Bring 3+ years hands-on paid media experience, agency or in-house Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager plus other major platforms Analytical mindset with clear, actionable reporting Proven A/B testing across creative, audiences, and placements Excellent communication and organization Bonus: experience in ecommerce, publishing, or direct-to-consumer How to Apply Please email with the subject line “Media Buyer Applicant - (Your Name)”.
