Overview Senior DevOps Architect, Trilogy (Remote) - $200,000/year USD. This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The compensation level is $100 USD/hour, equating to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. This role is a hands-on leadership position focused on building and owning SaaS Ops across a portfolio of SaaS products, with emphasis on automation and AI-driven operations. What You Will Be Doing Define and implement best-in-class SaaS Ops strategies based on deep expertise and strong viewpoints on operational excellence Make important decisions on operational standards, AI tooling, and process design to ensure reliability, security, and cost optimization across the portfolio Build and iterate a framework for onboarding newly acquired SaaS products into a centralized SaaS Ops function without operational friction Maximize the use of AI-powered tools for automation, cost optimization, and operational efficiency What You Won’t Be Doing Overseeing the manual toil and tedium of traditional SaaS Ops; focus will be on automation and AI-driven innovation Managing operations for a single product; focus will be on mastering complexity across hundreds of products in our SaaS portfolio Settling for the status quo; you will be expected to disrupt and redefine operations leveraging AI technologies Senior DevOps Architect Key Responsibilities Own a highly efficient, AI-powered SaaS Ops function that ensures exceptional reliability, cost optimization, and seamless operations for a growing portfolio of acquired SaaS businesses. Basic Requirements At least 5 years of experience managing and owning SaaS Ops supporting enterprise customers Experience owning SaaS Ops and leading major cloud migrations at an SME with enterprise customers Experience applying AI and automation technologies to SaaS operations Advanced AWS and DevOps skills (including Docker and Kubernetes) About Trilogy Hundreds of software businesses run on the Trilogy Business Platform.
