Job Summary

The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in managing daily operations and staff performance, ensuring high standards of customer service and satisfaction, supervising and training team members, and monitoring inventory levels.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the General Manager in managing daily operations and staff performance.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction are maintained at all times.
  • Supervise and train team members, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
  • Implement company policies and procedures effectively across all departments.
  • Analyze sales reports and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer loyalty.
  • Participate in budgeting and financial planning activities alongside the management team.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a management or supervisory role within the industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in using computer systems for reporting and inventory management.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices is preferred.
  • A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and service excellence.
