Responsibilities Design, develop, and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, addressing any technical issues promptly. Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement in production workflows and product quality. Ensure that production processes comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new production technologies and techniques. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and process-related issues in the production line. Monitor equipment performance, ensuring regular maintenance and minimizing equipment downtime. Support the introduction of new products by assisting with pilot runs, process validation, and scaling up production. Provide technical support and training to production personnel to enhance skills and knowledge. Work with quality assurance teams to ensure products meet required specifications and standards. Assist in the development and implementation of production schedules to meet deadlines and targets. Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation. Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience (1-2 Years) in production engineering or a similar manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of production processes, equipment, and materials. Proficient in engineering software. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement practices is preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety standards. Preferred Qualifications Experience with specific industry tools or technologies (e.g., CNC machinery, automated systems). Certification in Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
