Sutherland Unlocking digital performance. Delivering measurable results. Job Description We are seeking an Associate Manager - Resource Planning to join our dynamic team in Taguig, Philippines. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing resource allocation, improving operational efficiency, and supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. Develop and implement resource planning strategies to ensure optimal utilization of workforce and assets Analyze resource capacity, demand forecasts, and project requirements to create effective allocation plans Collaborate with project managers and department heads to understand resource needs and constraints Utilize resource management software to track and manage resource assignments across multiple projects Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide visibility into resource utilization and capacity Identify and resolve resource conflicts, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in resource allocation Contribute to the development of long‑term resource planning strategies aligned with organizational goals Mentor and guide junior team members in resource planning best practices Continuously improve resource planning processes and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in resource planning, workforce management, or a similar role Proficiency in resource management software and data analysis tools Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights Excellent organizational and time management skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Experience with project management methodologies and best practices Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments Knowledge of capacity planning and forecasting techniques Understanding of resource allocation strategies and their impact on organizational performance Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred Experience working in a multinational or global organization is a plus Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
