  • Salary: PHP 90,000 - PHP 110,000 per month (depending on experience)

About the Role

At Outsourced Pro Global, the Web Flow Designer role is not just about being technically sharp but also has a keen eye for design and the leadership skills to manage projects from start to finish. If you're based in the Philippines and want to work remotely with a results-driven, creative team, you might be the one. As our Webflow Designer, you'll be instrumental in bringing our digital vision to life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build responsive, high-converting websites using Webflow
  • Translate Figma mockups and creative briefs into pixel-perfect Webflow sites
  • Manage the full project lifecycle from scoping and timelines to testing and delivery
  • Act as the main point of contact on web projects, coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Implement SEO best practices, performance optimisations, and responsive layouts
  • Maintain, update, and enhance existing Webflow projects as needed
Key Skills and Qualities
  • Solid knowledge of design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
  • Project management : ability to prioritise, meet deadlines , and communicate clearly with multiple stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and an appreciation for clean, elegant design
  • Willingness to undergo and pass background check as a condition of employment
  • Willingness to provide an NBI clearance
Technical Requirements
  • Windows 11 operating system or MacOS 13+
  • 256GB Storage space - minimum
  • 8-16GB RAM
  • Dual Core CPU - minimum
  • Camera: HD Webcam (720p)
  • Internet Speed: 50 Mbps - minimum
