Senior Invoicing Clerk (Accounts Receivable) IQ-EQ Pasig, National Capital Region, Philippines Responsibilities Issue accurate invoices for each of the different businesses on a timely manner Ensure proper and accurate recording of transactions in our financial systems Deal with queries effectively from both internal stakeholders and external clients Provide day-to-day support to the Credit Controller, and the wider finance team Provide day-to-day support and assist in the preparation of documents and schedules and supporting information for internal stakeholders Assist in the preparation of documents and schedules and supporting information for the external auditors Assist in any ad hoc task as directed from time to time Support with the training and development of more junior members of the team Qualifications Education And Qualifications: Degree of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Financial Accounting or Management Accounting Work Experience: 2+ years in a similar role Strong written and verbal communication skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of the wider team Strong MS Excel skills and proficiency in other Microsoft Office products Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all areas Additional Information We’re a leading Investor Services group offering end-to-end services in administration, accounting, reporting, regulatory and compliance needs of the investment sector worldwide.
