Our client, a reputable and fast-growing property developer, is seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong analytical skills and a solid background in real estate or property development. Location: Mandaluyong CityWork Setup: Onsite Key Responsibilities Lead the preparation, analysis, and reporting of budgets, forecasts, and financial performance. Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support project evaluations and investment decisions. Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management. Monitor cash flow, project profitability, and key financial metrics across developments. Partner with business units to ensure accurate reporting and cost management. Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting efficiency. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or MBA preferred). FP&A experience, preferably in property development or real estate. Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
