Job Description Responsibilities- Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads to expand our customer base
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions tailored to the needs of each customer
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and best practices to provide informed recommendations to customers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and build lasting relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to handle customer inquiries and close sales
- Willing to do field work and to be assigned to Mindanao
- With a Professional Driver\'s License
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
